Mobile Bar Rental FAQ's

What happens if the weather is bad?

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for having a suitable weather plan. We recommend having a backup weather plan. Grove to Glass reserves the right to delay, adjust setup or decline setup if weather conditions are unsafe, including severe wind, heavy rain, lightning, soft/uneven ground conditions, or limited site access. Safety is our priority.

What is included with the mobile bar rental?

Package inclusions vary, but may include the mobile bar trailer, basic set up, and selected styling features depending on the package booked.

How far do you travel?

Delivery is included within 60km of Sylvan Lake. Additional travel is charged at $1.25 per km one way after 50km.

Can the mobile bar be set up outside?

Yes, weather and site access permitting. The setup area must be level, safe, and accessible for delivery and setup.

Do we need to provide power?

Yes. Client must provide access to a power source within reach of the mobile bar setup area.

Do you provide alcohol?

No. Grove to Glass does not provide alcohol. Clients are responsible for providing alcohol and following any local liquor laws, permits, or event requirements. Also, at this time, we do not provide bartenders.

What is a dry mobile bar?

A dry mobile bar means Grove to Glass provides the mobile bar setup and rental service, but alcohol is not included. The client is responsible for supplying alcohol, beverages, and any required permits.

Dried Fruit FAQ's

How long does the dried fruit last?

Up to 12 months in an air tight container in a cool dark place, but honestly, they tend to disappear way faster

Do I have to refrigerate them?

Nope! Just keep them somewhere cool, dry and away from snack thieves.
